เหว่ยต้าริช สงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดให้มีเว็บไซต์ รวมถึงแอปพลิเคชันอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเหว่ยต้าริช เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้าประชาชน และผู้ที่สนใจทั่วไปหรือผู้ใช้บริการ ที่ต้องการทราบข้อมูลข่าวสาร ความเคลื่อนไหวต่างๆ ในการดำเนินธุรกิจของ เหว่ยต้าริช ในช่องทางการสื่อสารผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ที่ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับเงื่อนไขและรายละเอียดต่างๆตามที่ปรากฏอยู่ในข้อตกลงการใช้บริการนี้เท่านั้น

• การกระทําที่อาจจะขัดต่อความสงบเรียบร้อยหรือศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชน

• การกระทําที่ละเมิดสิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา เช่น ลิขสิทธิ์ สิทธิบัตร สิทธิในชื่อเสียง หรือสิทธิอื่นๆทีได้รับตามกฎหมาย

• รบกวนหรือก่อกวนความปลอดภัยหรือประสิทธิภาพของบริการ

• การกระทําที่ทําการแลกเปลี่ยนสิทธิในเนื้อหาฯ เป็นเงินสด ทรัพย์สินหรือผลประโยชน์ทางการเงินอื่นๆนอกจากที่บริษัทฯ กําหนดไว้

• ใช้เครื่องมืออัตโนมัติเพื่อเก็บรวบรวม หรือเข้าถึงข้อมูลจากบริการของเรา

• ปลอมแปลงตัวตนหรือสวมบทบาทผู้อื่น

8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ

บริการของเราจัดให้ในลักษณะ "ตามสภาพ" และ "ตามที่มีอยู่" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่มีการหยุดชะงัก ปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด หรือปลอดภัย หรือว่าข้อบกพร่องใด ๆ จะได้รับการแก้ไข เราปฏิเสธความรับผิดใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

9. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

ในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เหว่ยด้าริช บริษัทในเครือ หรือผู้ให้สิทธิ์ของเรา จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายพิเศษ หรือความเสียหายใด ๆ อันเกิดจากการใช้บริการของคุณ

10. การชดเชยค่าเสียหาย

คุณตกลงที่จะชดเชยค่าเสียหายแก่เหว่ยด้าริช บริษัทในเครือ และเจ้าหน้าที่จากการเรียกร้อง ความรับผิด ค่าเสียหาย และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการของคุณหรือการฝ่าฝืนข้อตกลงนี้

11. การยกเลิก

เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยุติการเข้าถึงบริการของคุณได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากเราพบว่าคุณมีพฤติกรรมที่ฝ่าฝืนข้อตกลงนี้

12. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้และตีความตามกฎหมายไทย โดยไม่คำนึงถึงหลักการขัดแย้งทางกฎหมาย คุณตกลงที่จะอยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลของศาลไทยสำหรับข้อพิพาทที่เกิดขึ้นจากหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับข้อตกลงนี้หรือการใช้บริการของคุณ

13. ข้อตกลงทั้งหมด

ข้อตกลงนี้พร้อมกับนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของเรา ถือเป็นข้อตกลงทั้งหมดระหว่างคุณและเหว่ยด้าริชเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการ และแทนที่การสื่อสารและข้อเสนอทั้งหมด
